Registration & Car Park: Shelley Community Football Club, Storthes Hall Lane, in the grounds of Huddersfield University Campus and signed from A629 about 5km south east of Huddersfield HD8OWA Streetmap

 

Terrain: Storthes Hall is an attractive and very runnable area of mixed woodland and fields with a good path network and was used for JK 2016 Relays. Some of the University Campus will also be used.

 

The Campus entrance from Storthes Hall Lane will be signed. Proceed up the drive for about 300mts and look for the Car Park sign on the left along a narrow track to Car park/Registration.  Please note this is not our usual Storthes Hall venue.

Registration: 4.30pm to 5.30pm

 

Start times: 5pm to 6pm

 

All courses close at 7.30pm

 

You must report to download even if you retire to save an unecessary search.

 

Entries: Adults £7.00 Juniors and Beginners £2.50. Family maximum entry £15.

SI Dibber Hire: £1, lost dibbers £30.

 

Pie and Peas will be available at Registration. Please let Jean know if you want to order Pie & Peas by Friday 16 December. If you would like a vegetarian option, please order by Thursday morning. Snacks also available.

 

Safety: Whilst a full Risk assessment has been carried out competitors will be responsible for their own safety. A buddy system will be in operation. People travelling alone should leave their keys at Registration with address telephone no. and car registration number.

 

Whistles, head torches and full leg cover are compulsory and will be checked. Waterproof jackets may be compulsory in the case of bad weather.
